For 29 seasons now, we have been installing high-quality Kentucky Bluegrass sod and hydro-seeding. We have planted hundreds of acres of sod & seed. We have as many as 35 employees to help get the job done in a timely fashion. Some of our customers include: Big Y, Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame & LA Fitness, UMass, Hampton Inn, F.W. Webb, among many others. The top-quality Kentucky Bluegrass sod we procure from local growers, combined with our professional installation techniques are what give their properties a well manicured look, everyone would like to achieve.

When it comes to hydro-seeding, we have over a decade of experience with applying a consistent blend of Kentucky Bluegrass, Tri-Rye seed along with Starter Fertilizer with Tupersan (the only pre-emergent Crabgrass control that is germination-friendly) and a Tackifier Agent to help increase water retention and reduce the possibility of seed wash-out. Paper or a blend of paper / wood Mulch are also mixed to create a germination layer. We also recommend you make sure that you have good soil conditions for the hydro-seed application to germinate, so we recommend one of our professional staff to inspect the soil prior to installation.

From Installation to Maintenance We Have Your Green Lawn Covered

We take an abundance of pride in helping you maintain that beautiful new lawn, whether it’s sod or hydro-seed, by recommending beneficial services, such as our 5-Round Fertilization Program with provisions for Crabgrass, Weed, and Pest Control (ants, spiders, grubs, fleas & ticks etc.). We typically recommend adding at least 2” of screened Grade A loam to your existing topsoil to help provide favorable growth conditions for the new root system. You want to be sure that you have enough nutrients to sustain the sod or hydro-seed developing a strong root system. It’s important to keep nourishing the soil with fertilizer to help sustain seasonal growth. We will also provide you with exact watering guidelines to help ensure you get the most out of your investment.
